Das Buch ist interessant und entlarvt Steve Jobs als einen interessante aber auch distanzierte Person die einiges an persönlichen Schwierigkeiten hatte. Nach den ersten Kapiteln die scheinbar aus Erzählungen zusammengestückelt wurden wird das Buch besser da die Autorin scheinbar besser und direkter auf Ihre Erinnerung zurückgreifen kann.Mein Fazit ist jedoch sich lieber das Buch der Mutter Chrisann Brennan zu kaufen. Ich fand es bedeutend besser!
Ich habe mir das Buch gekauft nachdem ich 'Becoming Steve Jobs' von Brent Schlender und Rick Tetzeli gelesen habe. 'Small Fry' bietet einen sehr tiefgreifenden Rückblick in das Leben von der Familie Jobs. Lisa Brennan-Jobs berichtet aus ihrem Leben und das endlose hin-und-her zwischen ihrem Vater und ihrer Mutter, welches wie zwei komplett unterschiedliche Welten beschrieben werden. Ich empfehle jedem das Buch.
A very emotional story about a girl and the complicated relationship to her parents, forming a triangle that is continuously tilted back and forth and never seems to find a balance.
I found it remarkable how Lisa Brennan Jobs seems to bear no grudge towards either parent, as the childhood they provided her with was anything but easy. Definitely worth reading.
Excellent! I couldn’t put it down.I really enjoyed how stories were told from the perception of different stages of life as well as the thrill, experiences and pain that come with it.
